We always love visiting our kids in MO but this visit had a couple of extra special events. The first was Jim’s big 70. And then this…Michael’s graduation, cum laude, from Holt High School.
Way to go Michael!!!
Of course we took a million photos with him as our star of the day. And all of us as his biggest fans. He was so patient to pose as often as we asked.
Then, after a quick celebration at home, he moved on to grad night. In the fall he’ll be attending Mizzou as a bio engineering major. Wishing you a fabulous college experience Michael!
Today we said a tearful farewell to these guys and hit the road again. We’re on our way to Indiana, staying overnight in Wilmington, Illinois. We plan to spend a couple weeks checking out the sights. Hoping to see some awesome quilting and transportation exhibits. Cars and quilts! How much better could it get?
